Partner & Commission
Commission structures presented (including Premium and VIP tiers) may be internal allocation mechanisms managed by BrokersHUB.
Eligibility for tier upgrades depends on:

- ✓ Compliance approval
BrokersHUB reserves the right to:

- ✓ Suspend payouts
- ✓ Offset negative balances

Referral Commission Disclosure
BrokersHUB earns a referral commission from the broker when you open a trading account through a BrokersHUB link. The broker pays it out of its own revenue.
The referral commission does not change your spread, trading fees, or account terms compared with opening the account directly with the broker.
Any pricing discount on BrokersHUB products (for example the AI Trading Tool) for accounts opened via a referral link is reviewed by BrokersHUB case by case and is not a default entitlement.

- Business interruption

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BrokersHUB operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings.
